How to book an exporting shipment?

  1. Click on NEW BOOKING on the navigation bar

  2. Enter Origin and Destination

  3. Select the desired date of ETD

  4. Select an applicable sailing, you may click on "ⓘ" to see the sailing details and price breakdown

  5. Once sailing selected, enter your Customer Reference (which helps you to identify exactly what this shipment is, you may enter any value you need)

  6. Enter any other references or special notes if needed

  7. Enter Shipper, Consignee, Notify Party, you may select from CONTACTS, or click plus icon to create a new organization

  8. At the container section, enter the cargo description and cargo gross weight, then click ADD COMMODITY to add a commodity

  9. At Commodity 1 section, enter Type of Packaging (Product Value is optional)

  10. Click on Commodity Code field, a Commodity Code Lookup window will prompt, enter your commodity description to locate the closest product from the dropdown menu and click one, the Commodity Code will show below. Alternatively, you may choose to provide Commodity Code manually if you know your Commodity Code

  11. Enter number of packages and weight (Volume is optional)

  12. Read the terms & conditions, and tick the checkbox to confirm, then click VIEW ORDER SUMMARY

  13. Review all booking information, including parties, sailing, references, cargo info, and charges, then click CONFIRM BOOKING

  14. Once booked, you will see the booking on the top of your DASHBOARD
